We renamed club into squad, maybe have 3 squad in one space so its not too exclusive and intimidating and people can try out different clubs at once - similar atmosphere to block 11 where there's class but people are still comfortable just being in the space, this maybe happens like once every month or something

we also thought of still doing the notification wall, but also have like temporary wall so there are separation between the different squads

we quickly thought of like having a fun joining process by getting a stamp with a code that lets you into the squad website with mawsa or something like that

- think about the existing club members not only for the casual squad members, how to retain them

- maybe having 3 different level of squads - commitment, casual and in the middle

In Japan Uni, they have clubs which are fully committed people that represent for their uni and stuff, and they have circles which are more casual.
